1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HOLO (the “Service”), operated from South Africa. By creating an account, listing a card, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use HOLO. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Marketplace & listings
HOLO is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of collectible trading cards. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including condition, grade, authenticity, and pricing. HOLO does not own the items listed and acts as an intermediary. You agree not to list counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items.
4. Purchases, payments & escrow
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Where escrow is offered, funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt or a dispute is resolved. You agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes associated with your transactions.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to defraud other users, circumvent fees, scrape or disrupt the platform, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
HOLO is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or authorized by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or Wizards of the Coast. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOLO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or transactions between users.
8. Changes & contact
